Summary
Recorded Future is seeking a client-focused Community Manager to engage with their threat intelligence user community, align community strategy with company objectives, drive engagement, develop content, gather user feedback, and report on performance indicators.
What you'll do
- Administer and moderate client-specific community platforms, including Salesforce Experience Cloud and Slack
- Develop and execute an engagement strategy for power users, champion clients, and free users
- Drive participation on community platforms, including commenting, answering questions, and reaching out to users
- Set engagement goals, create reporting dashboards, and adjust plans based on results
- Create, remix, and curate content on best practices and recommendations
- Gather qualitative and quantitative data from community feedback pools, generate insights, and share findings
Requirements
- Passionate about cultivating user excitement, advocating for quality user experience, and championing the communityβs role in achieving the companyβs strategic objectives
- Proven track record of success building online communities serving different audiences from the ground up
- Demonstrated project and program management expertise, particularly working across departments and teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with online community platforms such as Salesforce Experience Cloud, Slack, inSided (now Gainsight Community), or similar
