Join Pomelo's team as a Community Manager and Creator in Residence to develop the Pomelo community across various social media platforms, representing the brand and creating engaging content while connecting with the Filipino community online.

What you'll do

Manage Communities across all Social Media Platforms
Represent Pomelo: you’re a brand ambassador, so you are professional and appropriate
Convert customers: you’re reaching out to tell people the amazing things about Pomelo
Create content: you’re making content for our organic social channel
You’re not support: we’ve got a team for that, you just have to tell them if something needs attention
Help Creator Sourcing: Helping to source relevant influencers for our influencer partnership program

Requirements

Experience as a successful content creator (please provide a portfolio of work, follower count across all relevant platforms, and examples of successful content you’ve created)
Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
Proficiency in social media content production & management tools
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and stay on trends to help keep the content relevant.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Degree, certificate, or study in communications, visual arts, marketing, or media studies preferred but not required.
