What you'll do

  • Author high-quality technical content, including blog posts, tutorials, and documentation, to educate data professionals on leveraging our platform effectively for data analytics, data engineering, and business intelligence.
  • Create authentic video content, such as product demos, use case walkthroughs, and educational videos, showcasing our platform's capabilities for data-driven workflows.
  • Build and nurture an active social media presence by consistently sharing relevant content and engaging with the data community across various platforms.
  • Actively participate in online forums, discussion threads, and social media conversations, providing expert advice and answering questions related to data analytics, data engineering, and business intelligence.
  • Conduct live interactive sessions, such as webinars, Q&A sessions, and virtual office hours, to showcase our platform's features and address user queries.
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops to high-value targets, channel partners, and data communities, fostering a deeper understanding of our platform's features and use cases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing, to gather insights, provide feedback, and align advocacy efforts with product roadmaps and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in data engineering, data analytics, data science, or related fields, with a strong understanding of business intelligence tools, data warehousing concepts, and data-driven workflows.
  • Proven track record of creating high-quality technical content, such as blog posts, tutorials, and documentation, for data professionals and technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in building an engaged following on social media platforms, creating video content, and presenting to technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Familiarity with open-source software development practices and data communities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for conferences, meetups, and other advocacy activities.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
