What you'll do

Inspire team members with knowledge and passion for cloud platforms through peer discussion and thought leadership
Craft informative articles, blog posts, examples, and hands-on sessions to inspire and enable developers building with the platform
Deliver live enablement sessions to developer audiences teaching foundational understanding and use of MongoDB and cloud partners
Create and refine workflows guiding developers to real-world production workloads
Lead sessions with small teams and individual developers to guide their architecture and use of MongoDB with cloud partners
Share insights from developer interactions to inform team members and enable other developers
Work with marketing teams to shape messaging, strategies, and an effective go-to-market approach
Support growth of MongoDB user groups, Champions, and influencer programs

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience working with cloud databases, AWS, and related technologies
Deep understanding of AWS capabilities and integration with database platforms in the AWS marketplace
Active member of a developer community (AWS and/or MongoDB preferred)
Author of content (tutorials, how to guides) to inspire and help others learn
~ 33% travel (expecting 5-10 days a month on the road, or active in area user groups and events)
