Experienced and empathetic Community Manager sought to cultivate and amplify the global community at Cloudflare, collaborating across various teams to recognize and reward community members, support community platforms, and gather insights to influence developer products.

What you'll do

  • Cultivate and establish relationships with developers throughout our community
  • Be a thoughtful point of contact for community members to help recognize, reward and amplify the work they're doing with Cloudflare
  • Collaborate with product and customer support to get answers to product questions posted on our community forums and Discord server
  • Support the operation of our community platforms (Discourse and Discord) and in-person meetups program
  • Influence the direction of our developer products by gathering insights from our developer community

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years experience as a Community Manager, Developer Relations, Product Management or related role
  • Extensive knowledge of developer ecosystems
  • Great conflict resolution skills and high empathy
  • Experience with Cloudflare Workers
  • Familiar with admin level functions of at least 2 community management platform, SQL skills to extract & report on community activity and performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
