What you'll do

Craft compelling resources and content for developer community
Lead a diverse regional team of Developer Advocates
Empower developers to integrate advanced data capabilities into their apps and solutions
Engage developers through workshops, events, and meetups
Deliver live developer enablement sessions
Support the growth of MongoDB user groups and influencer programs
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop engagement strategies
Build relationships with partners, community leaders, and influencers
Conduct live streams and public speaking at events
Travel up to 33% to deliver sessions and support team

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience (or the equivalent) of consulting with development teams as a non-member of the team
Experience in creating developer-focused hands-on sessions and leading enablement activity such as workshops, labs, and hackathons
Proven methods to support continued engagement with developers and collaboration with other teams to report on business impact following enablement activities
Strong presentation skills, with ability in conducting live streams, or public speaking at events
Willingness to travel (up to 33%) to deliver sessions and/or support your team with enablement activity
