Join our team at Haven Studios as an Associate Community Manager in Montreal, where you'll engage with players, create digital content, and foster a vibrant and inclusive community for Fairgames, our upcoming AAA action heist multiplayer experience.

What you'll do

Refine and support the execution of a holistic community engagement strategy
Maintain a dialogue with players reflecting studio values
Coordinate with development team to operationalize player feedback loops
Create written and visual content to support community and social media strategy
Develop communications for online and in-person events
Support establishment of KPIs around engagement and retention
Demonstrate success of community projects by monitoring player sentiment
Optimize performance and report insights regularly

Requirements

2+ years of experience developing communities, and creating and executing player engagement strategies.
Experience engaging with communities across multiple platforms, regions, and audiences.
Previous experience with player moderation and conversation management in a digital/online environment.
Experience in Community Management for multiplayer online communities at a AA+ scale.
Experience in digital media asset creation, including live streaming, and hosting.
Fluent in French and English.
