Seeking a Senior Community Manager to drive community engagement and digital presence for Haven Studios' new IP, Fairgames, fostering inclusivity and player-centric communications while supporting business objectives.

What you'll do

Build and execute a holistic community engagement strategy
Maintain a dialogue with players reflecting studio values
Coordinate with development team for player feedback loops
Create written and visual content supporting community strategy
Develop communications for online and in-person events
Establish KPIs for engagement and retention, monitor player sentiment
Demonstrate success and ROI of community projects through insights reporting

Requirements

5+ years of experience developing communities, and creating and executing player engagement strategies
Experience building engaged communities across multiple platforms, regions, and audiences
Previous experience with player moderation and conversation management in a digital/online environment
Experience in Community Management for multiplayer online communities at a AA+ scale
Experience in digital media asset creation, including live streaming, and hosting
Fluent in French and English
