Seeking a Senior Community Manager to drive community engagement and digital presence for Haven Studios' new IP, Fairgames, fostering inclusivity and player-centric communications while supporting business objectives.

What you'll do

  • Build and execute a holistic community engagement strategy
  • Maintain a dialogue with players reflecting studio values
  • Coordinate with development team for player feedback loops
  • Create written and visual content supporting community strategy
  • Develop communications for online and in-person events
  • Establish KPIs for engagement and retention, monitor player sentiment
  • Demonstrate success and ROI of community projects through insights reporting

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience developing communities, and creating and executing player engagement strategies
  • Experience building engaged communities across multiple platforms, regions, and audiences
  • Previous experience with player moderation and conversation management in a digital/online environment
  • Experience in Community Management for multiplayer online communities at a AA+ scale
  • Experience in digital media asset creation, including live streaming, and hosting
  • Fluent in French and English
