Seeking a Senior Community Manager to drive community engagement and digital presence for Haven Studios' new IP, Fairgames, fostering inclusivity and player-centric communications while supporting business objectives.
What you'll do
- Build and execute a holistic community engagement strategy
- Maintain a dialogue with players reflecting studio values
- Coordinate with development team for player feedback loops
- Create written and visual content supporting community strategy
- Develop communications for online and in-person events
- Establish KPIs for engagement and retention, monitor player sentiment
- Demonstrate success and ROI of community projects through insights reporting
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing communities, and creating and executing player engagement strategies
- Experience building engaged communities across multiple platforms, regions, and audiences
- Previous experience with player moderation and conversation management in a digital/online environment
- Experience in Community Management for multiplayer online communities at a AA+ scale
- Experience in digital media asset creation, including live streaming, and hosting
- Fluent in French and English
