Summary

Cultivate and nurture a vibrant private Slack community as the Community Manager II at ZoomInfo, driving engagement, hosting virtual and in-person events, and analyzing data to showcase business impact and growth opportunities.

What you'll do

  • Day-to-day management of the ZoomInfo owned private community, including driving community membership and engagement, and analysis of reporting
  • Development of solutions to drive community engagement. These may include creating virtual events with industry thought leaders (both internal and external), ongoing communication such as newsletters, or other programmatic solutions
  • Aligning with internal teams on hosting in-person events either in parallel to industry trade shows or as part of sponsored events
  • Development and analysis of ongoing reporting to showcase business impact and identification of areas of improvement for the community
  • Working across the company to identify opportunities to partner and grow the owned community
  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in community management
  • Understanding of how private communities work
  • Ability to analyze data and take action based on the results
  • Excellent collaborator and believes in building strong partnerships
