Join Scale AI's Brand & Product Marketing team as a technical writer to create compelling content, educate audiences on AI/ML concepts, and collaborate with cross-functional partners for content improvement.

What you'll do

Educate audiences about basic concepts, latest research, and best practices for AI/ML development
Produce technical content such as blogs, guides, whitepapers, videos, webinars, etc.
Research, outline, write, and edit high-quality content for Scale's target audiences
Gather information from subject matter experts and simplify complex concepts into engaging content
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to evaluate current content and develop improvement strategies
Handle multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

Superb written communication skills with an outstanding level of attention to detail
Proven ability to quickly learn and understand highly technical concepts
A strong understanding of AI/ML technology
A collaborative mindset, drive to create and improve processes, and willingness to support team members on their projects as needed
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (Nice to have)
2+ years of experience as an effective technical writer (Nice to have)
