Summary
Support and empower creative professionals to build sustainable businesses on the Squarespace platform by engaging, expanding, and strengthening the community through an Associate Community Manager role in NYC.
What you'll do
- Develop a deep understanding of our pro user community including their needs, activation and friction points, and personas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key community segments
- Support the launch of our new tiered program, utilizing community feedback to drive quick iteration
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to activate and engage with community members at key transition periods
- Strategize new ways to recognize the value that Circle members are creating
- Generate new programs, benefits, or initiatives that increase member engagement, activation, and satisfaction iterating on and documenting processes as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of community management experience
- 1+ years of project management or project coordination experience
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment with multiple partners
- Entrepreneurial, strategic, and holistic mindset, eagerness to learn and build
- Strong sense of empathy for customers
- Experience with Squarespace or other content management systems
